GENERAL:
All items are in excellent to mint condition unless otherwise
stated in the item's description. I try to keep the web site catalog
as up-to-date as possible, but most items shown are the only one
in stock, so it's highly recommended you email or call first to
reserve an item if you are interested in it. If you do not reserve
an item before sending payment for it, and that item is unavailable
at the time your payment is received, you will be given a merchandise
credit, or a refund for the amount of the unavailable item(s),
at my discretion. Refunds will be given in the same form as the
original payment.
PAYMENT:
Accepted payment methods are as follows: Checks, money orders,
WesternUnion, MoneyGram,
and PayPal. All items must
be paid for within 14 days of reserving them, or they will be
taken off hold, and offered to other collectors. Deposits left
on items are non-refundable so please be sure you are serious
about an item before leaving a deposit. Detailed payment policies

SHIPPING:
Most orders are shipped the same day that payment is received.
If one or more items in your order are unavailable at the time
your payment is received, I will ship all items out once all items
are available. Personal and business checks must clear my bank
before I ship your order. For fastest service, I recommend you
pay instantly online with PayPal.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:
All sales are final, except under special circumstances*,
which must be discussed with me first. Due to the nature of collectible
memorabilia, please be sure you really want the item(s) before
you purchase them.
*I will only consider accepting returns on items if they are returned within 7 days, and if the item(s) you received are significantly different from what was described on the web site. No refunds on shipping costs.
All items are packaged very well, and should arrive safely. However, I am NOT responsible for damage that may occur during shipping and handling. If you are concerned about your item(s) arriving safely, I recommend adding insurance to the package. Refunds will only be given if it can be proven that the item was damaged as the result of handling by the U.S. postal system, and a proper insurance claim is filed with the U.S. post office.
Recorded items (CDs, DVDs, videocassettes, etc.) may only be returned if defective, in which case they will be replaced with the same identical item or title. I do not accept returns on recorded items if they are opened and non-defective. If a replacement for the defective item(s) is/are unavailable, you will be offered a refund or merchandise credit.
