NEWLY-UPDATED POLICIES AND NOTES - please read

- Please read the item descriptions carefully.
Many items vary slightly from one to the other, so be sure you
know exactly what it is that you're ordering. I've done my best
to include photographs, descriptions, and track listings for
each item (where applicable), so you know exactly what you're
getting. All items are visually and strictly graded according
to the standards set by Goldmine magazine. If no condition is
listed, the entire item is at least Excellent to M condition
(usually they're mint) unless otherwise stated in the descriptions.

- Items of unusual rarity are always subject
to availability, and prices often change due to my constant acquiring
of new items through trades, etc. If you're not sure, please
e-mail me for current price or availability.
I'll do the best I can to find something for you if it's not
in stock, and to keep the prices as low as possible! I try to
update this web page just about every day; so chances are, if
you see something here, it's still in stock, and the price is
correct. In some cases, I'll be willing to work trades or discuss
discounts on large orders.

- And now, for some things I feel I have to
mention, even though they may sound a bit harsh -- recently,
there have been several instances that have forced to come up
with some new "policies," which are effective immediately...

- 1. If an item is not listed on the web page,
then I DO NOT HAVE IT. I have been taking up a lot of my time
lately, with people asking me for items that I do not have, which
makes it difficult to keep the page updated, and to get my orders
out on time. I promise, if I get an item in stock, I will list
it on the web page immediately, in the appropriate section. The
web page is updated DAILY (sometimes several times a day), so
it's as accurate as possible. If you wish to be put on a "waiting
list" for an item that's not in stock, I'd be happy to do
that for you - you will be notified IF and WHEN the item comes
into stock.

- 2. Due to the overwhelming response I've
been getting to my web page (especially since the release of
the new album), I will have virtually no time to answer questions
about artwork, remixes, track listings, values of items in your
collection, where to find items, etc). Although I'd love to help
you out, I've been finding that I'm spending more time answering
questions than I am taking, filling, and shipping orders, which
is hurting my business. The best I can do is suggest you check
out the "rarest items"
collector's guide on my web page, or the "frequently
asked questions" section. Please try to e-mail me with
ORDERS ONLY. At least for the time being, I am not interested
in TRADING. The items on my web page are currently offered for
SALE only, at the prices listed (plus postage and packaging).

- 3. Most importantly, is my new "hold
and reserve" policy. I've had some major problems in the
past, with people placing items on reserve, and never paying
for them. This makes it very unfair for other customers who genuinely
want the items, and makes things very time consuming, and confusing,
for me. So, (and I hate to do this), but from now on, any items
that are placed on hold will be held for TEN DAYS ONLY (20 days
for overseas customers). If payment does not reach me within
10 days, the item(s) will be placed back in the catalog WITHOUT
NOTICE, and offered to other collectors (unless you've made specific
arrangements with me in advance). So if you are serious about
buying an item, please be sure that payment reaches me within
10 days (20 days for overseas customers), or you will lose the
opportunity to buy that item. I will no longer have time to send
out "warning letters" about the end of your reserve
time, so please send out payments promptly.
